Suggested Usage: 

Take one piece from the individually sealed blister pack, gently place deeply into the vagina (about 3 inches) with your index finger before bedtime. Choose a relaxed position for you. There are two recommended positions: 1) To lie on the back 2) To sit on the chair Use 1 piece every other day after menstruation. Recommended usage is only 3 (three) pieces for one month. Repeat in next month if necessary.

 Phellodendron Bark (Phellodendron chinese), Scurfy Pea Root (Scutellaria baicalensis), Chinese Goldthread Root (Coptis chinensis), Chinese Rhubarb Root (Rheum officinale), Cardamom Seed (Elettaria cardamomum), Sepia (Cuttle Fish Bone), Frankincense (Boswellia carteri).

Other Ingredients (Binders):

 Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid, Lactose Anhydrous, Polyethylene Glycol.
